As the world progresses, the desire of many youths to plunge into get-rich-quick schemes drastically increases. This may be due to several factors such as the need to stay afloat in a deteriorating economy, the fear of failure and an intriguing mindset that encourages speed over direction in attaining success.

For Nigeria, a country that has 70% of its populace to be young, vibrant and energetic youths, the DOScon event has become clearly imperative. DOScon is an acronym for the ‘Direction Over Speed Conference’. 

The DOScon is an annual event geared at leveraging the malleable tenacity of Nigerian youths, from ages 15, enhancing their dreams of becoming great thought leaders, business moguls and career influencers. We highlight the importance of Speed but towards the right Direction.
